Facilities
Reiland Fine Arts Center
The 41,000 square-foot building is home to the theatre, music, and art departments. DeNault Auditorium, the heart of the facility, seats 700 in continental seating designed to keep the audience as close to the large proscenium stage as possible. A recessed orchestra pit accommodates large ensembles for the theatre department's musicals. There is a full fly loft above the stage for supporting extensive rigging and scenery. At the sides of the stage, the theater is equipped with generous wing space to make possible large-scale productions. The scene shop, dressing areas, classrooms, and ensemble rooms around the building provide first-class size, accessibility, and equipment. The facility hosts a wide variety of events produced by the college, the community, and numerous touring organizations. |
