RALLY TO WIN JC WOMEN'S INTRAMURAL CHAMPIONSHIP 32-29
Second String forced a second championship game
and appeared to have the title well in hand with a 29-19 lead with six minutes
left in the game. But the Jimmie Legends turned up the defense and
outscored the Strings 13-0 down the stretch to win the championship. The
Legends were led by Jessi Westlake with 9 points and Courtney Bickel with 8.
Shannon Fee led a balanced attack for Second String with 7. Members of the

INFECTION SURVIVES SCARE FROM TISCHER'S TRIBE IN OVERALL CHALLENGE GAME
Staff Infection held on for a 40-38 win
over a charging Tischer's Tribe team in the JC Intramural Overall Championship
game. Staff Infection had won the D1 Championship and the D2 Champion
Tribe challenged the Staff for all the campus bragging rights. Staff was
led by Dan Douts with 11 points, while Nathan Hoots poured in 16 to lead a
losing effort.
STAFF INFECTION WINS DIVISION I
CHAMPIONSHIP OVER HBK 43-40
Staff Infection held off HBK to finish the tourney unbeaten and capture the
championship of D1 on Sunday night over HBK by a score of 44-40. Mike Perez was the only staffer in
double digits with 10. Dusty Erbes led all scorers with 12 for HBK.

TISCHER'S TRIBE NUDGES DIRTY SANCHEZES 54-47 FOR DIVISION II TITLE
Tischer's Tribe bussed throught the tourney without a loss while dropping
the Sanchezes in the final. Jordan Kvale led the winners with 19 points.
Ryan Drake with 14 and Clint McGovern with 11 led the runnerup team.

Women's Tourney Title Game will
Feature the Jimmie Legends vs Second String
The unbeaten Jimmie Legends will take on Second String on Wednesday night in the
championship game of JC Intramural Women's Basketball for 2008. Second
String earned the berth in the final game with a 48-44 win over the Hoopsa
Daisies. Shannon Fee led the way with 18 with sister Kayla Fee tallying
10. Molly Sletten led the losers with 22 points, including 4
3-pointers. The championship game will be played on Wednesday night at
8:15 pm at the YMCA.

2007 INTRAMURAL COED VOLLEYBALL
CHAMPIONS CROWNED
DIVISION 1:
Team Canada won three hard-fought matches on Sunday night to capture the 2007
Jamestown College Intramural COED Volleyball Championships. Team Canada
defeated the Mexican Coyotes to advance to the championship game to play
Red Card - who got there undefeated with a victory over Scared Hitless.
Team Canada defeated the 4-person Red Card team 21-12 and 23-21 to force a
second title game and then won the championship with a 21-15, 17-21, 15-10
victory. Team Canada had to win a total of 6 matches to claim the title.

DIVISION 2:
The Red Hot Oompa Loompas put together a nice series of performances to win the
Division 2 Title in the 2007 JC Intramural COED Volleyball tournament. The
Oompa Loompas won 3 matches in the single elimination tourney, including a
semifinal win over Mumm's Minions and a championship match victory over Space
Monkey Mafia by scores of 21-12, 21-12. Members of the Championship Team:

"TEAM SKOTNICKI" REPEATS AS MEN'S INTRAMURAL FLAG FOOTBALL
CHAMPIONS
The championship game of the 2007 JC Intramural
Flag Football tourney involved the same two teams as last year's finale
and the results were almost identical. Team Skotnicki defeated
Tres Linea 4-3 in Overtime to capture their second straight title.
The championship game in 2006 ended 6-5 in Overtime with the same teams
involved. Eric Dirk caught a short TD pass from Nate Hebrink to
end the contest in "sudden death" overtime. Members of the
Championship team are:

McGrath, Nate Hebrink, Eric Dirk, Elliot Sims, Adam Pfau, Robert

The core of the 2006 championship team
found the winning combination again as Something Good defeated the Has
Beens 5-3 for the 2007 Jamestown College Women' s Flag Football title.
The hard running of Julianna Ogren and Mallory Sand led the way.
