All programs are free of charge to members of Jamestown College athletic teams. The public, general college student population, and high school students are welcome to choose programs and training sessions from those below.
 
6-week Jimmie Speed Enhancement Program
 
This program consists of pre- and post-performance testing, 13 sessions training on our Super Treadmill, 7 plyometric sessions and strength training. By training on our Super Treadmill, we can help you lengthen and quicken your stride, making you faster and more agile as well as develop your ability to recover quickly after bursts of athletic play. Plyometrics are footwork drills to improve balance, agility, endurance, and vertical jump. You will gain outstanding body awareness and the ability to move quickly and explosively.
 
      Level 1 - $325.00 (3 sessions per week)
      Level 2 - $325.00 (3 sessions per week)
      Level 3 - $325.00 (3 sessions per week)
      Level 4 - $325.00 (3 sessions per week)
