| Murken Named Men's Basketball Coach 6/16/2010 |
Jamestown College Athletic Director Lawrie Paulson announces Matt Murken has been named head men’s basketball coach for the Jimmies.
Murken comes to Jamestown from Des Moines Area Community College where he was an assistant coach for the Bears during the 2009-10 season. He previously spent six seasons at Wayne State College in Nebraska where he was an assistant coach, recruiting coordinator, camp coordinator and academic coordinator. |

| Jamestown College men’s basketball coach Jeff Trumbauer has resigned after six seasons. He will join NCAA Division II Augustana College, Sioux Falls, S.D., as assistant men’s basketball coach. |
