| Day 1 - NAIA National Wrestling Tournament 3/4/2010 |
The Jamestown College men's wrestling team is currently competing at the NAIA National Tournament in Oklahoma City, OK. The Jimmies have eight individuals representing the college.
Joseph Michel and Willie Hernandez each picked up first round wins.
Pins were prevalent with 59 sticks registered, including seven in under 60 seconds. Chauncey Phillips of California Baptist recorded the quickest fall of the day by putting Oklahoma City’s Bryce Dicus on his back in 29 seconds at 125 pounds.
Two sessions are slated for Friday, starting with a 10 a.m. round of championship quarterfinals along with preliminary, first, second and third round matches of consolation action. The third session gets underway at 6 p.m. and will feature championship semifinal matches and two rounds of consolation wrestling. |

| NAIA National Tournament - LIVE Video Streaming 2/28/2010 |
NAIA announced Tuesday a partnership with NeuLion to exclusively stream live video and audio of the 2010 NAIA Wrestling National Championships.
These events can be ordered by clicking here. All basketball events can be viewed for a per-day subscription fee, a Tournament fee or an All-Tournament fee that includes all four basketball tournaments. The wrestling event can be viewed for a per-day subscription fee.
The Wrestling National Championships will be streamed live via NeuLion. All 10 individual weight class Championship bouts on March 6 will be available to view starting at approximately 6:30 p.m. CST. The three-day event is hosted by Oklahoma City University at Abe Lemons Arena. A fee of $7.95 is set to view the Saturday Championship finals event. |

| Michel wins North Region Qualifier 2/21/2010 |
Jamestown College had a stong performance at the North Region Qualifer held Saturday in Sioux Falls, SD.
Joseph Michel was crowned champions at 133 lbs. Second place finishers were Sean Blumhardt at 125 and Willie Hernadez at 285. Also, picking up a third place finish was Brandon Roehrich at 157 lbs. |
