| Jamestown College's Communication Department is expanding into broadcast and new media and therefore is seeking a PhD (ABD considered) in mass communication to teach convergent media courses. A strong background in the above areas is required. |

| Further background in the following areas is preferred: |
| |
- Quantitative research methodology
- Electronic journalism
- visual communication
- Public relations
