Student recital Feb. 23

The Jamestown College Department of Music will present a student recital featuring Jacoby Holte, Poplar, Mont., and Sydney Johnson, Cambridge, Minn., at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23 in Voorhees Chapel. The recital is free and open to the public.  read more »

Organ recital Feb. 24

The Jamestown College Department of Music will present a faculty organ recital by Dr. William Wojnar, Professor of Music, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 24 in Voorhees Chapel. The recital is free and open to the public.

The program will be presented on the Black-Schlossman Pipe Organ, the gift of Anna Jane Schlossman and her family, Fargo, in memory of her father, the late George S. Black and her late husband, William A. Schlossman, both of whom had served on the college’s Board of Trustees for many years.   read more »

Jazz Quartet up next in Performing Arts Series

The Performing Arts Series at Jamestown College continues with a performance by the Russell Peterson Jazz Quartet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22 in the Reiland Fine Arts Center’s DeNault Auditorium.

Fall 2012 Dean's List announced

Dr. Gary Watts, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Jamestown College, announces 245 students have been named to the Dean’s List for the 2012 fall semester.

The Dean’s List includes all full-time students who, during any given semester, earn a grade point average of 3.50 or better on a minimum of 12 semester credits.
