Dr. Campolo
Dr. Campolo was chosen to launch the Character in Leadership Program because he has a national reputation as an inspirational leader who addresses the pressing issues of our world from the perspective of Christian values.

He is the author of 32 books (including, Speaking My Mind, 2004) and recently appeared on Comedy Central's The Colbert Report. Much of his work is focused on helping "at risk" children.

Ken Medema
Ken Medema was chosen to build on the excitement generated by last year's conference. He has a master’s degree in music therapy from Michigan State University. In 1985, he founded Brier Patch Music. Ken and his company record music that celebrates all aspects of the human experience, with an emphasis on spirituality and such universal concerns as peace, justice, hunger, homelessness, and the environment. Ken has been described as a "musician's musician."
