Group planned, executed, and assessed service project - meet once a week, plus additional time carrying out the project. 1  
Junior Year

Advanced classroom course on ethical leadership. 3 Retreat

Group planned, executed, and assessed service project - meet once a week, plus additional time carrying out the project. 1  
Senior Year
(Fall Semester)
Senior project - research, reflect, and write a plan of action for ethical leadership and service after graduation. 3 Retreat
Senior Year
(Spring Semester)
Once a week seminar. Seniors meeting with first-year students and/or community leaders. 1 Present projects and lead discussion in Spring Seminar for first year students.
Throughout
Program
Attendance at conferences, individual service projects, mission work, internships. 2 Guest speaker or workshops for all cohorts in program once a year.
  One elective course chosen from a qualified list. 3 Mentoring - as the program progresses, each student will have a senior mentor or a community mentor.
