On behalf of Roughrider Health Promotion Association, thank you for choosing to be a part of the 2010 Roughrider Health Promotion Conference. We hope the conference proves to be a great promotion and network opportunity with North Dakota educators, community professionals and participants.
Vendor recognition will be printed in the conference program book.
Approximately 400 participants attend this conference!
Registration Information:
Display booths will be located in Reiland Fine Arts Center. Booth space will be reserved with payment on a first come, first serve basis through May 7, 2010. PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY REGISTRATION!
- Registration fee: $250.00 per booth.
- The Vendor exhibition will be Wednesday, June 2, 2010 from 7:30 am-5:00 pm
- An eight foot display table will be available.
- Technical assistance for loading, set-up and teardown will be available upon request.
- Please bring your own extension cords
- Materials may be drop shipped to Jamestown College upon request
- Lunch will be provided for all vendors.
- Set up time is Wednesday June 2, after 7:00 am, or Tuesday evening, June 1, 7:00-8:00 pm.
