| YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE AN ORIENTATION LEADER: |
- You must have excellent leadership potential and experience.
- You must be in good academic standing, with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Must be in good student conduct standing. Not on probation etc.
- You must enrolled in classes for the fall semester
- You must be a full-time student
- Must be committed to the mission of Jamestown College
- You must have demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You must have the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of team members, students, and parents.
- You must have a demonstrated record of flexibility, responsibility, and willingness to assist others.
- You must be able to be at the one-day training session and commit to every activity throughout the orientation weekend.
- You must be able to be contacted over the summer.
- You must be sure you are completely free of any other obligations during training and orientation weekend.

| IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER: |
- April 14, 2008-application deadline
- April 16, 17, and 18, 2008-Interviews (you will be contacted to schedule an interview).
- April 28, 2008, 9:00 P.M., Heritage Room-MANDATORY ORIENTATION MEETING
- August 18, 19, and 20, 2008-MANDATORY TRAINING
- August 21-24, 2008-New Student Orientation (you must attend ALL EVENTS)
