WELCOME TO THE FLAND

| WHO ARE THE MEMBERS OF FLAND?  | HOW DOES ONE JOIN FLAND? |

At the most recent count, the Foreign Language Association of North Dakota (FLAND) has about 70 members, primarily in French, German, Spanish and Latin, ranging from elementary to college/university, primarily in the state of North Dakota.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in supporting Foreign Language teaching in North Dakota and meeting others with similar interests. With about 350 FL teachers in the state, the membership of FLAND feels the need to reach out to part-time FL teachers and teachers at the post-secondary level, both of which are groups that are currently underrepresented in FLAND.
