The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) has spearheaded the campaign to declare 2005 the Year of Languages. Many FLAND members have planned special events in North Dakota to commemorate this special year. Check out the special ACTFL Web Site on 2005 YoL activities.
